About the event
Eating is a sensory experience of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste. There is an
intuition in each of us as to what our bodies need and crave. Connecting with the very
landscape that we will be eating from, we will be discussing and learning about the
energetics of color, medicinal properties of plants and wild weeds, and the importance
of intention and gratitude when creating meals for ourselves and others. Using the
information learned as inspiration, we will be creating and enjoying a shared meal
